to L'Aquila
It is available a bus services from Fiumicino to L’Aquila and back to
Fiumicino by the company Paolibus. The ticket fare is 15
euro per trip. L'Aquila is within easy reach from both Rome and Pescara. Buses to L'Aquila leave from Tiburtina Station:
You can purchase a bus ticket to L'Aquila (about 8.70 euro single)
from the "Autolinee ARPA" ticket office near the Tiburtina bus station. The
journey takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes and the bus terminates at

The school services include a restaurant and a number of facilities for leisure
time activities (see below). The organizing Committee has planned the conference on an all-inclusive
base, thus managing to keep costs reasonably low. We should therefore recommend

will also prove quite convenient since various social activities will take
place on the residence premises, and the bus service to and from the city
centre is not very frequent. The Advanced School "Guglielmo Reiss Romoli" is located at Coppito,
approximately 5 Km from L'Aquila downtown. It is not far from the exit L'Aquila
Ovest of the highway A24 (Rome - L'Aquila - Teramo). The distance between
L'Aquila and Rome is approximately 100 Km. The main building of the School is inside a park of 240,000

TO GET TO L'AQUILA
BUS SERVICE ROME (Fiumicino)- L'AQUILA (SSGRR)
The departure from the arrival area of the Fiumicino airport will be on Monday,
Septermber 9 at 7:00
pm. The bus will reach the pullman area of the Tiburtina railway
station at 8:00 p.m.
The departure from L'Aquila will be
on Friday, September 13 at 2:00 pm. The bus will pass the pullman
area of
the Tiburtina railway station.

ROME - L'AQUILA
From 6.15 am to 12.15 pm, every
20 minutes a train leaves from Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino) to
Tiburtina Station. The journey takes about 40 minutes. The fare is 3,62
euro.From Ciampino Airport, a bus
leaves every 15-20 minutes to the Anagnina underground station, where you
can take an underground train to Termini Station; when you reach Termini,
change from the A to the B line for Tiburtina. The journey takes about an
hour. The fare is 0.80 euro. From Termini station, the underground
train to Tiburtina (B line, direction Rebibbia) takes about 10 minutes.

PESCARA - L'AQUILA
Buses from Pasquale Liberi Airport
to the Central Railway Station depart every 10 minutes (from 5.30 am to
11.30 pm). The journey takes about ten minutes and costs 0.80 euro. BY CAR
